Next Step Fitness training methodologies will work for almost anyone. There are exceptions, but our goal is to help you work through any pains that are limiting you from the activities you enjoy and get in better shape so you can explore new movements.
What If I Have Previous Injuries?
You’ve come to the right place. Most of us suffer several injuries in life. Jeff suffered a painful injury playing football when he was 19 that he thought he’d never overcome. His journey through this adversity and back to doing what he loved was a major reason he developed the Next Step Fitness program. So, if you have previous injuries, don’t give up…we’re here to help!
Can I Do This From Home?
Yes! Once you’re a member, you can access all of our training online via desktop or mobile and a decent internet connection speed to play the videos. Many of the movements can be done from home with minimal equipment, but there are some you’ll want to get some basic equipment for or visit your local gym to implement.
